The object of the study is the social security of a person, society and the state in the context of ensuring European integration processes. The purpose of the study is to develop models and mechanisms for improving labor and social policy, which will contribute to the development of a new concept of social security and integration of Ukrainian society into the European community. Research methods: use of the axiological-praxeological method, as well as the comparative-legal method based on synergistic, interdisciplinary approaches. All three EVPs constitute a complete complex of research on the problems of ensuring social security in the conditions of European integration. In the course of their implementation, the comparative legal method was used, which made it possible to conduct a number of comparative legal studies, the results of which made it possible to single out successful practices and models of social law of the EU countries, to analyze the suitability of their implementation into the national legal order in Ukraine; to investigate the causes and factors of the emergence of social risks, the change of values and priorities in ensuring security, to pay attention to the fundamental foundations of the formation of a social state; reveal normative problems, highlight codification features that are relevant in the conditions of European integration, etc.  Product Description popup.authors Inshyn Mykola І.
