The novelty of research is confirmed by the modern level of developed scientific approaches, methods, mathematical models and techniques used in theoretical, computer, experimental and industrial research of electrophysical, electromagnetic and technological processes. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the development of the theory of pulsed and high-frequency transient electromagnetic processes in high-voltage cable power lines and resonance-type installations by developing metaphysical approaches, methods, mathematical models and techniques that take into account interconnected electrophysical processes, their nonlinear and frequency-dependent regularities and design features of calculation systems. The practical value of the research work is in the improvement of regulations and technologies for the manufacture, certification and operation of world-class domestic high-voltage cable and conductor products for the restoration and increase of the stability of critical infrastructure objects of Ukraine, such as power plants, substations and cable lines in the war and post-war periods.
