Based on the measured impedance spectra, the mechanisms of current flow and accumulation of electric charge at the interphase boundaries of the formed clathrates with a supramolecular guest component are presented. The peculiarities of the modification by external physical fields applied during the synthesis of clathrates on their conductive and polarization properties have been established. The structural features of the synthesized clathrates were established by X-ray diffractometry. The structure of the energy spectrum of the impurity subsystem was studied by the thermally stimulated discharge method, and the corresponding parameters were calculated by the method proposed by M. Pollak and T.H. Geballe, which takes into account jumps of charge carriers between spatially localized states due to their interaction with phonons. The effectiveness of the use of external physical fields for obtaining a specific structure of impurity energy levels in clathrates and thus achieving a quantum enhancement of their sensory sensitivity has been proven. In the synthesized clathrates, a manifestation of the memristor effect was obtained, which is of important practical importance for the creation of non-volatile memory.
