For the first time, it is theoretically substantiated: the conceptual principles of youth entrepreneurship counseling in VET as a basic, systematic and fundamental understanding of the counseling process in the integrity of approaches, principles, methods, and actions regarding the development of the readiness of future specialists for entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of a market economy; pedagogical conditions for the organization of youth entrepreneurship counseling in VET: creation of a favorable educational environment for the unhindered implementation of the main tasks of counseling students of youth entrepreneurship education; development of a methodology for organizing counseling of VET applicants in youth entrepreneurship; increasing the professional skill of counseling subjects. The technology of youth entrepreneurship consulting has been developed as a system of interrelated actions of subjects of educational activity, which includes methods, teaching tools and theories of their use, ensuring the development of entrepreneurial competence and the formation of business activity of future specialists. The content of the concept of "youth entrepreneurship consulting" has been clarified, the clarification consists in taking into account the specifics of the branch of activity. It has been proven that youth counseling involves the transformation of cognitive and emotional components of the personal experience of student youth into educational subject activities. Gaining experience in the application of knowledge in an educational commercial firm by solving production situations, fulfilling the social roles of its employees, VET applicants adapt to new market conditions, develop their own motivation for professional self-development and self-realization.
