Modeling the optical response of nanostructured interfaces has been carried out. Methods for fabricating plasmonic nanostructures and nanostructured interfaces based on low-toxic materials have been improved. Characterization of the received objects was carried out and their properties were investigated. Periodic nanostructures on various semiconductor surfaces were fabricated using ultrafast laser processing with the application of plasmonic nanoparticles on them. Characterization and study of the properties of the obtained interfaces were conducted.
