The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and applied and institutional foundations of the digital transformation of the fiscal space of Ukraine in the conditions of strengthening the national security of the state. Results and their novelty: theorization of domestic and foreign approaches to the digitalization of the fiscal policy of the state in the conditions of ensuring national security was carried out, and the determinants of the concept of digital transformation of the fiscal space of Ukraine were substantiated. For the first time: the theoretical and organizational foundations of digitalization of the fiscal space of the state were formed based on its architecture; an organizational and methodological scheme of the influence of digital transformations on the effectiveness of the functioning of the fiscal space in terms of the levels of its provision was built. Improved: scientific and theoretical approaches to substantiating the latest conceptual basis of digitalization of customs control procedures in the national security paradigm of the state; a structural and logical diagram of the influence of the key components of the paradigm of fiscal decentralization on the development of united territorial communities in Ukraine; theoretical approaches to the formation of the fiscal space of local self-government in conditions of decentralization of state finances; institutional and regulatory criteria for assessing the effectiveness of fiscal relations in the field of anti-crisis regulation of the country's economy; digital transformation services of tax authorities in Ukraine, which take into account the features of advanced technologies and achievements in the international arena.
