The necessity of their adaptation to changes in the characteristics of the useful signal and heteroscadistic noise is proved. The structure and algorithms for adapting the filtering parameters of the vernier adaptive filter-predicator have been developed, which allow, under conditions of quasi-stationarity of the signal and noise characteristics, to ensure tracking of the useful signal without tracking error with optimal filtering of non-stationary random disturbances.
