The aim of the project is to determine the optimal temperature, speed and deformation parameters of new technological processes that will save material and energy resources and allow to obtain metal products with predictable quality indicators in the "flat rolled product → formed metal product" chain. Methods - The project developed engineering, statistical, finite-difference and finite-element methods for studying processes and equipment in terms of: a) determination of changes in the thermal and phase state of the strip during rolling with uneven temperature distribution along the width; b) physical modeling and rheological similarity of materials under thermomechanical rolling of plates; c) stress-strain state of the material in the deformation zone during rolling on the Steсkel mill; d) stress-strain state of roll assemblies of working stands during sheet rolling; e) "press-die" system with error compensators that ensure parallel transfer of the technological force vector when forming sheet products with load asymmetry; f) pneumatic (air) impact stamping of sheet blanks made of carbon steels and non-ferrous metal alloys.
