Registration Date 14-02-2023 Organization A.V Dumansky Institute of Colloid Chemistry and Water Chemistry popup.description2 The rheological properties of composite carbon-containing dispersed systems were investigated. It was established that with an increase in the concentration of mechanoactivated anthracite in composite carbon-containing dispersed systems, the pH values increase. The resulting suspensions were sedimentation stable for 7-11 days, their effective viscosity was in the range of 1.35-1.67 Pa∙s. These characteristics are satisfactory for fuel suspensions. The influence of dispersant additives on the rheological characteristics of composite carbon-containing dispersion systems was studied. The electrokinetic properties of composite carbon-containing dispersed systems were investigated. It was established that the most effective dispersing reagent for KKDS is supranaphtha (sodium salt of sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde, molecular weight 80-100 thousand a.o.m). The preparation of KKDS based on anthracite with the use of these dispersants made it possible to increase the mass percentage of the solid phase to 62%, in contrast to hydrocoal suspensions obtained on anthracite with a concentration of the solid phase of 50%.
