It was found that in the group of premature children without RN, visual acuity was significantly higher and reached an average of (0.8 ± 0.5). This group of patients is characterized by a high frequency of hypermetropia of a weak degree - 84.6%, while myopia of a weak degree is registered in 15.4% of cases, astigmatism < 2.0 D - in 21.5%. It was established that the violation of joint movements occurred statistically more often in the group of children after draining LKS than in the group of full-term children (χ2 = 33.18, p = 0.0000...), and saccade violations were also more common - 26.9% in the group of children after drainage LCS in comparison with the group of healthy full-term children (χ2 =4.24, p=0.003).It was found that disorders of the field of binocular vision in the group after draining LC occur in 69.3%, more often, χ2 = 20.85, p=0.0004, greater ratio AK/A, p=0.0000..., greater value of the nearest convergence points. In premature children without RP, stereovision corresponded to the age norm according to the Titmus Stereofly test in 76.2% of the examined, and according to the Lang II test, 80.4% of the children corresponded to the age norm (200 angular s.). The stereothreshold was not determined only in 2 children (3.8%). In the group after LKS, in 38.8% of children, according to the Titmus Stereofly test and the Lang II test, stereovision thresholds were not determined, in 26.8% of cases, stereovision thresholds were normal. Disorders of eye movements are established in children after coagulation, depending on the stageof RP, the worst results in the second and third stages - in 60-68% of patients.According to the developed filters, the state of contrast sensitivity in children with normal corrected visual acuity was investigated; it was shown that it is practically the same in hypermetropes and mild myopes with normal corrected visual acuity for far and near distances.
