The aim of the work is to establish new knowledge about heterogeneous chemical processes occurring in the synthesis of hydroxide and oxide materials. Research methods are X-ray phase analysis, gravimetry, voltammetry, thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy, spectrometry. Recommendations for optimal conditions and improvement of the synthesis process of double-layer hydroxides intercalated with functional anions are developed due to experimental studies on the influence of physical and chemical factors on their phase composition and physico-chemical properties. The developed recommendations include: synthesis of ni-Al double-layer hydroxides intercalated with indigocarmine anions( active substances of hybrid supercapacitors); synthesis of Zn-Al double-layer hydroxides intercalated with tripolyphosphate anions ("smart" white Anticorrosive pigments); synthesis of Zn-Al double-layer hydroxides intercalated with tartrazine anions (cosmetic pigments for Gel nail polish). A method for the synthesis of double-layer hydroxides (Zn-Al-nitrate) under conditions of continuous crystallization during their chemical precipitation, as a basis for intercalation of functional anions, has been developed. The method is based on single-stage synthesis at a constant ph by simultaneously feeding two or three solutions.
