The purpose of the work is to develop and scientifically substantiate the theoretical-methodological and methodical foundations of the formation and practical implementation of the organizational-economic mechanism of socio-ecological-economic management of subjects of economic activity at various levels on the basis of socio-ethical marketing as a tool for ensuring sustainable development. At the first stage of scientific research, an analysis of the prerequisites for improving the theoretical and methodological foundations of socio-ecological and economic management of economic entities was carried out. Including an analysis of the current state of readiness of the Ukrainian economy for sustainable development, and the main obstacles to ensuring sustainable development in Ukraine were identified. An analysis of the volume of electronic waste in the countries of the world and the experience of its disposal was carried out. The systematized features were implemented for the current situation in Ukraine and proposed solutions to the problems of electronic waste management. The possibilities and problems of implementing organic production were analyzed to improve the position of the agrarian enterprise on the market and to achieve the criterion of sustainable development. In order to identify the potential of green tourism in Ukraine, the method of assessing competitiveness based on two integral indicators was used: environmental competitiveness and tourism competitiveness. Based on the results of the assessment, regions of Ukraine were ranked and promising regions for the development of green tourism were identified.
