Registration Date 21-02-2023 Organization Institut of Land Use NAAS Ukraine popup.description2  It has been proven that the existing mechanisms for regulating land relations, which provide for the involvement of components of the natural resource potential in the reproductive process, are not able to provide favorable organizational and economic prerequisites for the rationalization of land and, therefore, nature use, its commercialization and internalization. It is substantiated that the most promising from the point of view of the development of scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of a stable market mechanism for the regulation of land relations in the agrarian sphere are instruments of indirect influence, primarily financial instruments, which is due to: 1) the quality of market adjustment; 2) efficiency, or cost minimization goals; 3) flexibility in taking into account heterogeneity; 4) property of adaptation. These tools are characterized by a motivational-stimulating and compensatory-anti-stimulating effect of the subject of management on the object of management influence, including regarding the regulation of land relations in the agrarian sphere. The content of the stability of the market mechanism for the regulation of land relations in the agrarian sphere is substantiated through the definition of this concept in the legislation of Ukraine, which provides for the establishment of the legal foundations of economic activity (management) in the industry, covers both state regulation and the functions of the market, in particular, as an instrument of self-regulation of social production. as well as special (demand satisfaction) and stimulating (demand formation).
