Recommendations on the use of the results of the work: conclusions and recommendations on improving the legislation of Ukraine on the conclusion of such R&D contracts can be used during preparation of draft legislative acts in the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on of science and education, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, other state executive bodies in the field of scientific and technical, innovative activities and protection of intellectual property. The developed recommendations on the regulation of intellectual property rights in R&D contracts, developed model R&D contracts and model clauses on the protection of intellectual property rights in contracts can be used in the activities of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education in Ukraine. Based on the obtained results, it is possible to conduct further research on modern approaches to the regulation of intellectual property relations in R&D contracts.
