The purpose of the work is to develop algorithms for encoding, processing and storing data in local and cloud data storage aimed at increasing the security, reliability and productivity of their work. Research methods – methods of information theory and coding, methods of tamper-resistant data coding in the system of residual classes, methods of encryption in the system of residual classes, methods of cryptanalysis. The generalized scientific result of the work is that on the basis of the developed methods and algorithms of data encryption in the system of residual classes and coding using a redundant system of residual classes, an increase in the reliability of data storage and trust in cloud data storage services has been achieved. The scientific novelty of the conducted research consists in the development of encryption methods in the system of residual classes, algorithms for distributed data storage and a secure data storage system based on the corrective codes of the system of residual classes, which ensure increased reliability and confidentiality of data storage in cloud services. The developed methods and algorithms of coding and distributed data storage will be used in the implementation of data storage systems of increased reliability and security together with firms and enterprises of the region. Predictive assumptions regarding the development of the research object - the development of fast data recovery algorithms when two or more parts of a file are lost using modular corrective codes.
