The purpose of the work is to create tubular heat exchangers with reduced formation of deposits on the walls of the tubes to increase reliability and extend the service life of the heat exchange equipment of thermal power systems. Research methods are analytical, numerical, calculation using mathematical and computer modeling, thermophysical and technological methods using heat exchange processes. The research work is presented in the introduction, four chapters and conclusions. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the work and defines the connection with other scientific programs. In the first chapter, an analysis of literary and patent sources, which highlight the problem of developing new coolants for the needs of various industries, including energy and housing and communal services. The influence of the size factor in dispersed systems on the thermophysical and physicochemical properties of coolants is considered. The second chapter deals with the creation of experimental and laboratory stands for the study of a complex of thermophysical and physicochemical processes of obtaining new coolants and materials. The third section includes theoretical studies of hydrodynamics and heat transfer in devices and devices with discrete turbulators. The fourth chapter provides a comparative analysis of heat transfer intensity in smooth tube heat exchangers and heat exchangers with profiled surfaces with discrete turbulators when working on model heat carriers.
