The project involves the development of modern methods of creating our own high-altitude stratospheric platforms of the aerodynamic type on the basis of research and development of a new unified aerodynamic layout, methods and models of adaptive neural control, modern automated control systems and navigation complex, approaches to substantiating the parameters of structural and logical models and the methodology of structural and parametric synthesis. The problem to be solved by the project: The main restraining factor of the introduction of the technology of solar energy stratospheric platforms (GENSP) is the lack of effective methods of obtaining their design parameters with extremely low values of energy availability, specific load per unit of bearing area and providing them with adaptive neural control systems. Thus, the project solves the problem of creating and increasing the efficiency of high-altitude flights by implementing a system of unmanned solar energy high-altitude stratospheric platforms with the presence of a new principle of hierarchical-correlation adaptive neural control.
