The dependence of the number and frequency of complications, the final result of treatment on the nature and volume of the combined pathology of the coronary arteries in patients with aortic aneurysms was determined. 184 patients with simultaneous lesions of the aorta and coronary arteries were entered into the electronic registry of the Department of Surgical Treatment of Aortic Pathology and Acquired Heart Defects. An original method of combined protection of the heart, brain and visceral organs by staged, selective perfusion of the branches of the aorta in conditions of moderate hypothermia during operations of simultaneous prosthetics of the ascending, arch, vessels of the arch and descending thoracic aorta - Frozen Elephant Trunk, including in patients with combined pathology of the coronary arteries, was developed. . The technique of translocation of the zone of proximal anastomosis of prosthesis fixation during the correction of aneurysms of the aortic arch in patients with combined pathology of the coronary arteries is proposed and put into practice. For the first time, the method of surgical treatment using the combined method of Frozen Elephant Trunk and aorto-coronary shunting was put into practice, which made it possible to provide comprehensive care to patients and increase the expected life expectancy. Based on the obtained results, an algorithm for diagnosis and treatment of patients with aortic pathology and coronary heart disease was developed and implemented in clinical practice.
