The practical value of the results is that the obtained scientific results can be used by employees of the Directorate of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science, employees of local education authorities and administrations of VET institutions to improve the mechanisms of effective functioning of the vocational education system in Ukraine, taking into account inclusive values and the principle of inclusion.
