Research object: comparison of the fertilizing value of post-harvest siderates; creation of optimal fertility parameters of typical chernozem, and obtaining high-quality products with low cost and energy consumption due to the use of post-harvest sideration. The area of the leaf surface of organic agrophytocenosis, the intensity of photosynthesis and the content of CO2 in the air, the content of humus and organic matter in the soil, and the quality of groundwater. The subject of research: the development of intermediate cider crops and their fertilizing value, the content of reserves of nutrients, agrophysical and water properties of the soil, yield of potatoes, economic efficiency of the technology of growing potatoes with elements of biological agriculture. Methods of soil cultivation, sowing of agricultural crops, intermediate sowing of siderates, parameters of production, storage and processing of products. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the improvement of the technology of growing potatoes with elements of biological agriculture - the use of post-harvest siderate of oil radish to optimize soil fertility factors and obtain high-quality products at a low cost; practical recommendations on the peculiarities of growing post-harvest siderats are given.
