In response, businesses around the world are adapting their social impact and how they approach various social responsibilities. Moreover, CSR today influences not only the image and position of the company in the market, but also other stakeholders. One of these group of stakeholders is the company's employees. The CEO requested the development of practical recommendations for assessing the current state of CSR at the enterprise. To solve this task, the basic method was to formulate an individual questionnaire for the company's employees. The basis for the development of an individual questionnaire for employees to assess the current state of CSR of the enterprise was the model proposed in 1991 by Carroll, who depicted the levels of CSR in the form of a pyramid. To assess the corporate social responsibility of retail companies, a questionnaire was developed based on the online tool Google Forms. It takes no more than ten minutes to complete. The questionnaire is structured into several thematic groups of questions, namely: information about the person being interviewed, his/her knowledge on CSR; general state of CSR at the enterprise; corporate social responsibility in HR; CSR policies and procedures of the enterprise; CSR in the field of environmental protection and the respondent's attitude to CSR in general.
