The work relevance is determined by the need for operational control of the pressing pressure of the stator core of a powerful TG during operation to determine the detection of a critical decrease in pressure and the distribution of pressure in the places of the clamping prisms. A review and analysis of scientific and technical information on the reasons for reducing the compressibility of the stator core of a powerful turbogenerator was carried out. It is shown that an effective method of preventing a decrease in the compressibility of the core is the use of systems of power accumulators (PA) with plate springs.
