New alloys with high functional properties have been developed: dispersion-hardened Al-Mg system alloy with reduced scandium content and additional alloying with transition and rare-earth metals for obtaining shell parts of rocket technology by internal rolling; heat-resistant corrosion-resistant alloy with additional alloying with rhenium and tantalum for the manufacture of turbine blades of all modifications of gas turbine engines; high-strength (up to 1700 MPa) steels with a given structure for the production of cast structures used in the machine-building and defense industries. The design and technological scheme of the complex of equipment for the preparation of high-strength aluminum alloys and obtaining from them shell blanks as part of a vacuum MHD unit and a centrifugal casting machine with a horizontal casting gate and a rotation speed of 3000 rpm was developed, and the technical task for the manufacture of a centrifugal casting machine with the specified parameters was prepared.  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2023-02-24 Close
