Based on the results of the survey of passenger flows in the morning "peak" hour, the capacities of all transport areas for departure and arrival were calculated. Based on the topological scheme of the transport network of Marganets, a matrix of the shortest distances was compiled. The matrix of interdistrict correspondences was calculated and the distribution of passenger correspondences between routes was performed. The obtained results indicate the low quality of transport services for the city's population. The formation of the original network was completed, which included routes that satisfy the sufficient condition for the appointment of non-stop through routes, as well as district routes that do not coincide with any through route. The precinct routes were checked for compliance with the maximum permissible traffic interval. A new route network of Marganets was developed using the method of directed selection and their main parameters were calculated.
