Due to the complexity of the problem and according to the tasks to be solved, it is advisable to carry out the work in several separate directions: 1) justification of the parameters of resource-saving technologies for the development of technogenic iron ore deposits; 2) improvement of scandium extraction by processing titanium-magnesium production waste with a solid extractant based on tributyl phosphate; 3) substantiation of technologies and methods of complex processing of technogenic coal dumps by thermal and steam plasma action and ash removal of thermal power plants to obtain valuable components in industrial volumes; 4) determination of the parameters of the processes of grinding, screening and pneumatic transportation of mineral raw materials during the development of technogenic deposits. As a result of the work, the parameters of technogenic raw materials processing will be improved and recommendations will be developed for the creation of highly efficient, resource- and energy-saving techniques and technologies for the development of technogenic deposits. It will contribute to the solution of one of the most important problems of Ukraine, namely, the processing of mining industry waste through the use of environmentally friendly technologies for the development of technogenic deposits and accumulators directly on industrial sites with the production of valuable components in industrial volumes.
