Project goal: to develop a platform for creating "smart" sensitive elements for determining cell components and the physiological state of the cell based on 2D materials. Research methods and equipment: infrared and Raman spectroscopy. Equipment - IR spectrometer with Fourier transform INVENIO-R (Bruker). Theoretical and practical results: Vibrational spectra of cell components were analyzed during the reporting period. Nanoparticles acted as enhancing agents, which, when entering the cell, allow registering a contrast image of the cell and registering enhanced vibrational spectra of the cell components. As a result, vibrational markers (IR and Raman) of cell components, namely the nucleus, cytoplasm, cell membrane, mitochondria, were obtained. Systematization of the obtained results and classification of fluctuations was carried out. Based on the results, a database was created that can be used for applied biochemical and biological problems. Novelty: mechanochemically obtained functional 2D materials were used to create smart spectroscopic sensors of cell compartments and its physiological state based on functional 2D materials. Scope of use: in the institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, in scientific research institutes of the NASU system, in biochemical laboratories, in higher educational institutions of the corresponding profile.
