The object of research is the suicidal behavior of combatants. The goal of the research work is to develop preventive measures for combatants' suicidal actions on the basis of clinical and psychological studies of completed and incomplete suicides. To elaborate and generalize domestic and international experience of occurrence and prevention of suicidal behavior in combatants. 2. To conduct an analysis of the regulatory and legal framework regarding the provision of medical, psychological and psychiatric assistance to combatants who have committed an incomplete suicide. 3. To analyze the clinical practice of providing psychological and psychiatric care to such patients. 4. Develop methodical support, tools and working documentation of the study and carry out their approval. 5. To study and analyze the structure of suicidal behavior among combatants based on medical documentation. 6. To determine the syndromal and nosological spectrum of mental disorders based on the results of the examination of military personnel who committed incomplete suicide and the cases of combatants who committed completed suicide. 7. To study the peculiarities of the formation, manifestation, clinical and psychopathological manifestations and implementation of suicidal behavior in the participants of ATO/OOS. 8. Implement an improved algorithm for the provision of medical, psychological and psychiatric assistance to participants of ATO/OOS with suicidal behavior.
