The peculiarities of the course of the fundamental laws of generation and transformation of beams of charged particles of low, and especially ultra-low energy, have been determined. Optimal methods of compensation for the Coulomb forces of destruction of intense beams of low-energy charged particles have been established, especially at the initial stages of their acquisition and acceleration. For the first time, the integral and weighted average cross sections of the reactions 180Hf(γ,n)179m2Hf and 181Ta(γ,pn(d))179m2Hf were measured for the limiting energy of bremsstrahlung γ-quanta of 37 MeV using the activation technique and gamma spectrometry. The effective nuclear-nuclear potential was studied within the framework of the double convolution method, which additionally takes into account the contribution of the kinetic energy of nucleons. Within the framework of the energy density method and using the wave functions of the two-center oscillator model, the influence of the Pauli principle and the phenomenon of polarization of atomic nuclei on the interaction potential was simultaneously studied using the example of the 40Ca+40Ca system. A method for restoring the dielectric surface of the crystal of germanium gamma detectors is proposed. Scientific and practical research has been carried out, covering the physics of ionization processes and the formation of intense aeroion fields for the development of innovative industrial production technologies and the design of new technical means.
