It was established that during LPS-induced inflammation on the background of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, organ-specific formation of membrane contacts between mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum occurs, accompanied by changes in the expression and maturation of transcription factors SREBP, hypoxia-responsive proteins PGC-1 and MnSOD, and phase changes in function of breathing and mitochondrial respiration. In clinical studies, it was shown for the first time that the initial stages of the development of Parkinson's disease are accompanied by significant increase in markers of oxidative stress and ultrastructural damage of platelets, which indicated disturbances in the serotonin system and increased thrombus formation. For the first time, the therapeutic effect of the use of Cerebrolysin on the severity of these disorders in Parkinson's disease has been shown. It was established that changes in the functioning of the glutathione antioxidant system can be an additional indicator of reducing the intensity of oxidative stress in the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease. Differences in the hemodynamic response to physical load hypoxia during dynamic and static exercises were found in healthy individuals with different degrees and nature of adaptation to physical exertion, and additional criteria for normotonic response to dynamic physical exercise were determined.
