In a model of lower limb ischemic damage it was found that transplants of 3D hydrogel carriers populated by multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (derived of adipose tissue) contribute to restoring the perfusion level of ischemic muscle tissue in the early periods after transplantation.The study of C60 fullerene effect on the behavioral phenomena of animals with experimental focal ischemia was carried out under conditions of systemic drug administration.
