The purpose of the work involves a comprehensive study aimed at solving existing current problems in the sphere of functioning of the law enforcement, judicial and financial systems of Ukraine. Practical significance: 1) the international project "Development of scientific and methodological recommendations on the criminalization of smuggling of commercial goods as a prerequisite for the economic security of Ukraine" was submitted (Public Initiative "For Transparent and Honest Customs"). The results obtained in the work can be implemented in further applied developments, namely as proposals for changes to normative legal acts that regulate the issue of countering the smuggling of currency values as a type of legalization of criminal income; 2) a project was submitted for the NFD competition dedicated to the development of a methodology for the interaction of financial monitoring subjects to combat the legalization of criminal income. The results obtained in the work can be implemented in further applied developments, namely as proposals for changes to normative legal acts that regulate the issue of interaction of law enforcement agencies with each other in the field of combating the legalization of criminal proceeds (Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Combating Legalization (Money Laundering) ) proceeds of crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction" and memorandums of cooperation); 3) a project was submitted to the Erasmus+ JMO-2022-MODULE competition on the topic "Combating corruption in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration".
