The possibility and expediency of applying methods and tools of modeling and reengineering of business processes to the organization of enterprise management processes have been determined. The analysis of the market of ERP systems was carried out, the main trends, problems and prospects of this market, the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the ERP system at the enterprise were revealed. A system for evaluating the efficiency of business processes of enterprises based on the 3E concept (effectiveness, efficiency, economy) and a methodology for determining the integral indicator of the overall efficiency of the enterprise's business processes in accordance with the 3E concept are proposed. Recommendations for replication of ERP systems for managing business processes of the enterprise have been developed. The presented methodical provisions of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovative and investment activities of urban electric transport enterprises, based on the conceptual model, will contribute to the development of their business activities and the corresponding increase in their profitability.
