The object of research is a complex of physical, mechanical, chemical and operational properties of biocomposites modified with organic fillers. The subject of the research is the mechanisms of structuring and recycling of biocomposites with organic fillers and determining their influence on the properties of biocomposites. The purpose of the work is to study the influence of modified organic fillers on the properties of biocomposites and structuring, followed by the development of technological processes of product formation and recycling. The effectiveness of introducing a modifying additive (technical gelatin) to increase the mechanical characteristics of biocomposites based on starch gel was established. The forming technology biocomposites based on the glutinous matrix has been developed. The optimal mode of heat treatment of biocomposites containing powder fillers (wood flour, coffee grounds, chopped tree leaves, particles of cereal stems) was determined. The content of the flame retardant additive was optimized and the degree of degradability of the developed biocomposites was determined. Research methods and equipment. The mechanical properties (compressive strength and hardness) of biocomposites were studied. The study of the structure of the material by microscopes MBS-9 and REM-106I. The degree of aging is assessed by the aging coefficient, which shows the degree of reduction in material properties. Research on degradability was carried out according to the method of aerobic decomposition of plastic materials in an aqueous environment. Tests for resistance to burning were determined in a furnace placed in a heat-insulating environment. The study of water absorption and chemical stability of the obtained materials was carried out using hot and cold water, acid solutions.
