The purpose of the work is to evaluate the expediency of using degassing wells drilled through the coal seam under the conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». As a result of the work, the experience of degassing of coal seams at the mines of Donbas, abroad and under the conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE», as well as the parameters of drilling equipment for the construction of degassing wells in the coal seam, were analyzed. The "Conclusion on the expediency of using degassing wells drilled in the d4 coal seam under the conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» was made. "Recommendations regarding degassing of coal seam d4 under the conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» PJSC "SHU Pokrovske" have been developed.
