The purpose of the work is to investigate the potential characteristics of the RT-32 radio telescope L-band for detection and observation of near-Earth space objects during joint radar observations with the TIRA system. According to the results of the NDR implementation: a mathematical model was developed and an L-band spiral irradiator was manufactured; developed a mathematical model of the L-band receiving system using software-controlled LimeSDR radio. This made it possible to assess the potential possibilities of joint radar observations of near-Earth space objects with the TIRA system.
