Methods of early cardio- and nephroprotection in patients with combined pathology have been developed. Based on the results of the research, an algorithm was developed for the personalized examination and treatment of hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes, which made it possible to distinguish groups of patients with initial heart and kidney damage and, thanks to preventive measures, slowed down the clinical manifestation and progression of hypertensive disease and chronic kidney disease.
