The purpose of the work is to study the impact of digitalization of the economy on the management of food supply chains; development of appropriate management methods and models. The research used general methods of modern systemology and empirical experiments. The work is based on dialectics and systematic analysis of phenomena and processes. It was conducted in accordance with the methodology of economic systems and logistics research using a dialectical approach. The study is based on the hypothesis of the formation of a supply chain management system in conditions of digitalization. The influence of digitization on supply chains in modern crisis conditions is analyzed. Measures are proposed for the development and improvement of supply chains in Ukraine, which will ensure the effective use of logistics processes and management of the competitiveness of enterprises. Methods and models of supply chain management in conditions of digitization were developed, the issue of innovative development of agricultural enterprises and their impact on supply chains was studied. The problems of the effective functioning of supply chains in the grain product sub-complex were studied, as well as the impact of globalization on the management of supply chains and the competitiveness of agribusiness enterprises were analyzed. Research has also been conducted on the implementation of digital technologies in supply chains, including the use of the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain and artificial intelligence, which contributes to improving the transparency, speed and efficiency of supply chain management in the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy.
