The purpose of the work is to investigate the main theoretical and methodological principles of ensuring access to information of the digital fund of the use of documents of the National Archive Fund. The methodological basis for solving the tasks set in the GDR is the principles of systematicity and complexity. Research methods - analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, interpretation (interpretation). During the research, the current legislative, regulatory, normative and methodical regulation of work with the digital fund for the use of documents of the National Archive Fund was determined. The available practical implementation in domestic state archives of the procedures for access of employees and users to the objects of the digital fund for the use of documents of the National Archival Fund is summarized. The general principles and possible forms of providing access to this fund are given. The conditions for obtaining access to the digital fund for the use of archive employees for filling it with digital copies of documents, a reference apparatus in electronic form (metadata) and other official tasks have been defined. The main methods of providing users with access to the objects of the digital fund for use in the reading rooms of the archives and online are outlined. The key problems of ensuring the security of information of the digital fund of the use of documents of the National Archive Fund when organizing access to it have been identified and possible options for their solution have been proposed.
