For this purpose, rhizosphere isolates of winter wheat Pseudomonas putida LKM13, Achromobacter xylosoxidans LKM14, and Ensifer adhaerens LKM16 were used. These strains were tested separately and as a modeled microbial community. Winter wheat Smuglyanka was used as a test plant. The study evaluated the effect of metabolites obtained from the liquid culture of the strains on seed germination and plant development during cultivation in a climate chamber for 21 days. In addition, water stress was modeled to determine the ability of seed priming to affect the adaptive potential of plants. As a result, the feasibility of using individual strains for priming with metabolites in comparison with the modeled microbial community was shown.
