The purpose of the work is to develop a laboratory single-channel source of high-voltage current pulses, designed for an operating voltage of 50 kV and a full power of up to 6.5 kVA. The laboratory stand is intended for connection to mock-up and other electric discharge reactors (chambers) as a power hub for research and experimental implementation of EHP processes of crushing and grinding of materials. The laboratory stand is a source of high-voltage current pulses, which increases the mains voltage with subsequent rectification of the current and charging of high-voltage pulse capacitors, switching the energy accumulated in the electric field of the capacitors to the load. Structurally, all elements of the laboratory stand, except for the remote control post and discharge switch, are mounted inside the all-metal case. The energy node of the laboratory stand ЛС 50-1,25 is included in the complete set of experimental and other installations where the functionality of an underwater electric discharge is used for experimental EHP processing of materials for the purpose of their crushing and grinding.
