The purpose of the work is to evaluate the possibility and effectiveness of the application of the QV30 forecasting methodology in the mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the experience and conditions of application of the QV30 technique during mining by the combine method on emission-hazardous coal seams were analyzed. The analysis of the method of determining the threshold values of the emission hazard parameter was performed. The analysis of the process of performing the risk assessment according to the QV30 method was carried out when mining with a selective action harvester in mining with a mixed outcrop. An assessment of the possibility and effectiveness of the application of the QV30 forecasting method in the mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» was carried out.
