As a result of the work: 1. The need to revise the existing system of natural resource legislation, which would be based on achieving a compromise between the economic, ecological and social needs of society and based on the principles of sustainability, was determined. 2. It was established that the principles of sustainable development and balanced, ecosystemic, integrated use of natural resources approved and adopted in Ukraine require the development of a new modern approach to the development of natural resource legislation. 3. It is pointed out the need to develop a modern scientific concept that will make it possible to predict the dynamics of the development of natural resource legislation, to determine the principles and priorities of legal regulation, the sequence of adoption of new laws and the introduction of changes to current legal acts taking into account the requirements of international and European legislation. 4. In this regard, drafts of the Concept of the Development of Natural Resources Legislation of Ukraine, as well as the Basic Law on Natural Resources and Nature Use - the Natural Resources Code, which contains the unified basis for the use of natural resources, have been developed. 5. The results of the work were published in 3 articles in Ukrainian scientific publications, 1 article in a foreign publication, and also tested at 2 international scientific and practical conferences and 1 round table. 6.
