The main results of the scientific research work are as follows. New mathematical models have been developed for the analysis of the strength and dynamic characteristics of shells and shell structures when interacting with a liquid under external loads. Methods for calculating the dynamic characteristics of structural elements under the action of harmonic, impulse and seismic loads, methods for determining the stress-strain state, frequencies and forms of natural oscillations of the blades of rotary vane hydroturbines, taking into account the attached water masses, have been developed. Software modules have been created for calculations of the dynamic state of shell structures when interacting with a liquid.
