It was presented an analytical assessment of the financial provision of local development of the regions of Ukraine in conditions of decentralization. An analysis of the formation of the financial potential of the region was carried out; it was investigated the impact of decentralization, COVID-19 and martial law on the budgetary potential of the territorial communities of the Transcarpathian region. Credit and investment support for the development of entrepreneurship in the regional dimension was assessed. There were outlined modern directions of development and improvement of organizational-economic and financial-credit tools for ensuring sustainable regional development, taking into account complex internal and external challenges.
