It has been established that the use of a combination of magnetotherapy and mirror therapy in patients after a stroke leads to an improvement in cognitive functions. The use of complex techniques of neurorehabilitation in patients after a stroke contributes to a significant improvement in the recovery of motor function. Reasoned drug and non-drug correction of psycho-emotional disorders in patients in the acute and early recovery periods of hemispheric ischemic stroke. On the basis of the obtained results, recommendations were formulated regarding the use of complex patient rehabilitation techniques to restore motor function in patients with cognitive impairment after a stroke with the involvement of magnetotherapy and mirror therapy.
