The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for raising the level environmental safety during the operation of the transport complex in modern conditions. Among the main impacts of the transport complex on the environment environment and human health can be divided into ingredient and parametric pollution, which causes a significant negative impact in the conditions of megacities and in suburban areas. Development of the modern transport complex stage should have a systemic nature. One of the directions of reduction negative impact on the environment is the use of industrial waste as raw materials for the production of road materials. Also important the direction is the comprehensive disposal of cars whose operation has ended. Metal, plastic, rubber components of cars are subject to processing (worn tires), as well as lubricants. Functioning of the transport complex adversely affects the aggregates of soil microorganisms, disrupting quantitative and qualitative parameters of these populations.
