The peculiarities of organizing interagency cooperation in the system have been detailed: State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) - State Customs Service of Ukraine, SBGSU - Security Service of Ukraine). The algorithm of organization of interagency interaction of heads of structural subdivisions of the SBGSU has been developed and practical recommendations have been provided to heads of structural subdivisions on organization of interagency interaction in the system of using preliminary data of person's registration at air border crossing points. In addition, in this work a group of authors reveals the essence, content and structure of the concept of "interagency cooperation" and conducts a theoretical analysis of Ukrainian legislation on the provision of preliminary information about persons crossing the state border at air border crossing points, on the basis of which the authors detail such a concept as "National Preliminary Data Centre", the functions of which are proposed to be entrusted to a separate structural unit of the SBGSU. The scientific innovation of the study is to develop and substantiate an algorithm for organizing interagency interaction at the level of heads of structural units of the SBGSU with the subjects of integrated border management in the system of using preliminary data of a person's registration at air border crossing points.
