Object of research: the process of remote (remote) monitoring of a person's physiological state for prevention, diagnosis and support of the decision-making process. Purpose: development of an improved hardware and software complex for monitoring the physiological state of a patient (or soldier, athlete, etc.), in particular systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, and related indicators (blood oxygenation). Task: - to develop and test the mathematical apparatus of a multidimensional approach to processing monitoring data from the standpoint of pattern recognition theory, new methods of computer data visualization; - improve methods of traditional computer processing of monitoring data based on modern methods of singular spectral analysis, analysis of main components, descriptors of variability, Poincaré graphs, etc., using modern systems of computer mathematics; - to develop effective and secure coding/decoding methods and steganography for further secure transmission of monitoring results; - develop a minimal, but informative, set of physiological indicators for a reliable description of the patient's condition (soldier, athlete, etc.); The basis of the development hypothesis is the assumption that medical signals, data and databases may contain hidden fragments of knowledge useful for diagnosis and clinical decision-making, which can be obtained by computer intelligence methods.
