The purpose of the work is the development of technical solutions for the safe development of coal seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena in the mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, "Measures for the prevention of sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas and sudden extrusion of coal", "Complex of measures for combating gas-dynamic phenomena during preparatory workings and conducting cleaning works in the d4 layer", "Complex of measures for combating gas-dynamic phenomena" were developed phenomena during preparatory work on coal seams (overseams)" at PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Passports for the opening of coal seams by mining operations have been developed. A series of forecasts of the risk of release of the coal seam at the place of opening was carried out. Zones safe for coal and gas emissions or extrusion have been established on the formations. Participated in the commission regarding classification of mine plastic into the category of danger according to gas-dynamic phenomena, determination of the rock release hazard and the order of their processing. "Recommendations for the prevention of sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas during mining operations at PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE», "Recommendations for the safe working out of the d4 coal seam, which is threatened by sudden emissions of coal and gas, by lavas without refreshing the outlet ventilation air stream" were developed.
