A data center consisting of a physical and logical structure is presented. The necessary file structure has been developed, which will come from the primary ADC data for further data interpretation using the GRASP algorithm. A data processing system has been developed between information levels 0, 1B, 1C and level 2 for ScanPol and MSIP devices. The method of determining the characteristics of aerosols and its adaptation for the conditions of measurements by polarimeters was developed. The calibrated and corrected data will be used to derive aerosol and surface properties using the GRASP algorithm. The structure of the input file, which is represented in the defined SDATA format, is developed and described. The sequence of actions of the script, which is used to create the data file of the Aerosol-UA space mission, is described. The settings file describes the inversion strategy of the GRASP algorithm and the general behavior of the calculation process. The methodology and test algorithm for generating synthetic (model) data using the forward model of the GRASP algorithm have been developed.
